Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad (DHSB) opened a new branch in Kuala Belait yesterday. It is located at Unit 22, Bock D, Lot 8998, Jalan Pandan 7, Kuala Belait.

Present to officiate the ceremony was Deputy Minister of Education, Dato Seri Setia Awg Hj Yusoff bin Hj Ismail, as chairman of the Board of Directors of DHSB. The ceremony began with the recitation of surah al-Fatihah and a doa selamat followed by welcoming remarks by Haji Mahmud bin Haji Mohamed, Managing Director of Darussalam Holdings Sendirian Berhad.

Dato Seri Setia Hj Awg Yusoff officiated the event with a speech and by cutting the ribbon. The ceremony concluded with the guest of honour signing a plaque. He was presented with a token of appreciation from DHSB.

The new Kuala Belait branch is having a promotion where the first 50 customers will receive a special gift and are entitled for a lucky draw. The promotion will be held until March 15. During the period, there is a B$50 off for some of the popular three-day Muslim packages between June and December.

Opening hours are from Tuesday to Thursday and Saturday from 8.30am to 5pm, while Friday's opening hours are from 8.30am to 11.30am and from 2.30pm to 5pm. The branch will be closed on Sunday and Monday and public holidays.
