03rd March 2010 We are very proud to announce that we have our very own certified Tour Guides. This will definitely enhance our travel and tour products and it aslo stands as a recognition that Darussalam Holdings is committed and will continue to upgrade the level of professionalism and service provided by its employees.
As stated in the local newspaper, Borneo Bulletin dated 2nd March 2010, 36 tourism professionals received their Tour Guide Accreditation Badges, issued by the Brunei Tourism Development Department, as well as certificates by the World Federation of Tour Guide Associations (WFTGA) for having successfully completed a hands-on training course for tour guides.
Certificates were presented by the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources. From the 36 who received their badges and certificates, four were from Darussalam Holdings namely, Dayang Hajah Kamsiyah Haji Dali, Dayang Lim Siew Gek, Dayang Nurzanah Hurman dan Awang Haji Muizuddin bin Haji Saban. Congratulations to them.
